Come back to this
Hi, I’m Claire.
The Level Scoop is a safe space for people with diabetes (PWD’s) to come and watch a lighthearted video or read a blog post. All created by someone (me!) who’s been living with this condition for 31 years . . . and counting.
If you have diabetes too, I’m here for you - when it feels like it’s dragging you down or just having a good old push of your buttons.
Diabetes can and will bite you on the butt without warning - or apology. It’s just rude like that!
The diabetes community is where I turn when ‘burnout’ happens. And this is a chronic condition, so it’s bound to take it’s toll, even with the most positive of mindsets.
I share what it’s like living with diabetes - a condition which takes up a lot of space in my life and the lives of those I care about.
I’ll share healthy eats, not so healthy eats and what I do to stay generally sane throughout it all.
Thanks for stopping by.
